and is President of Cavett Robert
Communications, a consulting firm
that specializes in leadership from
the platform and personal influence.
Her most recent book, “Gendersell:
How to Sell to the Opposite Sex”
was published by Simon and Schuster.
An entrepreneur, who has owned three
service-oriented businesses, she has
spoken throughout the U.S. as well
as in Germany, Finland, New Zealand,
and Canada for small groups and
audiences as large as 25,000 people.
Her father was Cavett Robert,
Founder of the National Speakers
Association and Lee’s partner in
business from 1985 until 1997.
Cavett was the International Winner
of Toastmasters International,
Golden Gavel Award Winner and a
member of the Speakers Hall of Fame.
The highest award given by the
National Speakers Association
awarded to only one member each year
is entitled “The Cavett.”

Because of Lee’s affiliation with
her father, she had the opportunity
to learn public speaking from the
world’s greatest Speakers including
Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, Og Mandino,
Zig Ziglar, Dr. Ken Blanchard,
Harvey MacKay, Mark Victor Hansen
(author of Chicken Soup for the
Soul), and Arizona’s own Carolyn
Warner, whom she worked with for
over twelve years.
Lee offers Executive Coaching:
“Leadership From the Platform,” for
business leaders and leaders in
non-profit. She recognizes that key
influencers can make a big
difference, and often times these
leaders must use the tool of public
speaking to transmit their message.
One of her clients is Earth Friends
Wildlife Foundation,
www.earthfriends.com, who
gives money to over 70 wildlife
protection organizations and
national parks. She considers
herself a "Common-sense
Conservationist" who recognizes the
need for partnership among the
concerns of business, wildlife
interests and the community.
